Returns & Refund
Cancellation
Changed your mind? No worries—we accept order cancellations as long as we haven’t shipped or started making your product yet. Cancel in time, and you’ll get all your money back. Once we ship it out, though, we can’t cancel it anymore—sorry!
Returns (if applicable)
We take returns on our products, and you’ve got 14 days after getting your item to ask for one. Just make sure the item is unused, looks the same as when you got it, and is still in the original box. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase too. Oh, and don’t send it back to the manufacturer—send it to us!
Refunds (if applicable)
When we get your returned item and check it out, we’ll email you to say we got it. We’ll also let you know if your refund is a go. If it is, we’ll process it, and the money will go back to your credit card or whatever you paid with within 1–5 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Haven’t gotten your refund yet? First, check your bank account again—sometimes it takes a minute to show up. Then hit up your credit card company, because they might be taking their time to post it. If that still doesn’t work, call your bank. If all else fails, just shoot us an email at connect@giftsforhearth.com, and we’ll help.
